Welcome to online registration for CEFC Awana!

Please carefully read these instructions before registering your child:

Enter any food allergies in the Special Notes section of this form.
The $20 registration fee (max $80 for family of 4 or more) includes your child's handbook purchase, awards, and other activities. If your child needs a uniform, check that box at the bottom of the form. Note that uniforms are different for each club (Cubbies, Sparks, T&T, and Trek),. If you don't know whether your child needs a uniform, email hware220@gmail.com and we'll answer your questions.
Please pay by cash or check when you arrive for your first club
Our Cubbies program (ages 3-4) fills up quickly. Once our capacity is reached, we will start a waiting list.
